When will I receive my purchased product?

Purchases are delivered automatically right after your order is paid correctly. Just make sure you enter the correct nickname. Once the payment is completed, the system grants the product on its own.

I paid but did not receive my product, what should I do?

Contact the administration on our Discord dc.castplay.pl. Create a ticket in the payments category.

Do I have to be online during the purchase?

You do not have to be online while making a purchase. The rank or items will be granted automatically as soon as you join the server.

How do I claim the purchased items?

All items except ranks are claimed with the /isodbierz command.

Can I transfer a purchase to another nickname?

Accepted Answer

No. The purchase is tied to the nickname provided when placing the order. Always double-check the nickname before paying, because after the order is completed we do not move products to other accounts. The only exception is a premium nickname change.

I entered the wrong nickname during purchase, what now?

If you entered the wrong nickname, contact support on Discord as soon as possible and provide your order details. The administration will surely help you.

Can I return a purchased product?

Digital products are granted automatically after purchase, so once delivered a standard return is not possible. If there was a technical issue on the server or store side, report it to support — we will review it individually.

What payment methods are available?

Available payment methods are shown directly while placing your order. These may include BLIK, card, instant transfer, Paysafecard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and other methods supported by the payment operator.

Where can I report a problem with a purchase?

Report purchase problems on Discord: dc.castplay.pl. In your report include your nickname, the e-mail used for the purchase, the transaction number and a short description of the problem.
